HAPPY 2011

It's official. I need to lose some weight. My baby girl is 6 months old and she's fully weaned (lots of baby-friendly recipes on the way!). I don't have any more excuses for consuming those extra 500 calories a day seeing as I'm no longer breastfeeding. NOOOOOO!

Roger The Alien

I looked in the mirror the other day and saw Roger The Alien from American Dad staring back at me. My stomach used to be all flat, then it was all perky and up front when I was pregnant. Now it's just sagging southward with the rest of my body!

And it's not just the stomach that resembles Roger. Oh no! I've also got an unusually large head for a woman (all brain function of course) and a massive hair do on top of that! Catch me coming out of the shower with a towel on my head and me and Roger could be related! My skin isn't too far off the grey hue too - British weather!

So it's time for this Mean Mother to get back to Sexy Mother! But I'm not into starving myself, so watch out for some tasty and healthy recipes without all those extra calories.
