Amaretto Cream Shot
This is a cheeky little espresso sized shot of set amaretto cream. Delicious!
Ingredients:
300ml double cream
1.5 sheets of gelatine, soaked for 5 mins in cold water
25g caster sugar
3 tablespoons amaretto
HOW TO MAKE:
Heat 200ml of double cream with the sugar very gently until all the sugar has dissolved. Add the soaked gelatine and stir until dissolved. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. Whip the remaining cream and add the amaretto and heated cream. Pour into shot glasses and chill for at least 2 hours.
